After you contact me, our team will help you schedule an initial evaluation. During your first visit, we’ll review your symptoms, medical history, lifestyle, and goals. Together, we create a personalized treatment plan that may include medication, lab testing, nutrition or hormone evaluation, and supportive strategies. Follow-up visits focus on monitoring progress and adjusting treatment as needed.
